The contract between us
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted by us only when the goods are dispatched. Only at this point is a legally binding contract created between us.
Acknowledgement of your order
To enable us to process your order, you will need to provide us with your e-mail address. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details. For the avoidance of doubt, this correspondence does not constitute a contract between us.
Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to It’s Pure Ltd. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose.
Accuracy of content
We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been described accurately. However, orders will only be processed if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.
Pricing
All prices shown are in pounds sterling, and exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are inclusive of VAT. When ordering on line you may pay by any major credit or debit card. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.
Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
Cancellations & Returns
Any goods may be returned within 30 days from the date of despatch, providing they are unopened, the seal is not broken, and they are unused, we will be happy to refund the full cost of the products, and return postage costs. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched you must pay the return delivery costs.
Upon receipt of your order please carry out a thorough inspection of the goods and notify us within 3 working days of any defect, shortage or other error in your order. You may contact us about an error in your order by telephoning 01638 714953 or using the contact form or replying to your order confirmation email. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 10:00am Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut off on Friday are dispatched on Monday. Although we do everything we can to meet the dispatch times stated, it may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed by email or telephone and offered an alternative of either accepting late delivery, an exchange or a full refund.

Items we cannot ship overseas
Because of new regulations regarding products sent by airmail we regret that nail varnish or products with a high alcohol content such as perfume, hair spray, deodorants, or nail varnish remover cannot be shipped overseas by Royal Mail Airmail services.
Free gifts
From time to time we offer a free gift with your order. These free gifts may require you to spend a specific amount on a certain product or group of products, or a specific total order value. The specific order value includes VAT and excludes delivery charges. The free gift may also require you to quote a voucher code when ordering. If a voucher code is required you MUST quote the this code when ordering by phone, or when ordering online you must put the correct code in the "coupon/voucher" box at the bottom left of your shopping basket page.
