Loyalty points can only be redeemed when you order online. They cannot be redeemed when you order by phone.
Click on the Loloyal symbol (bottom left of your screen) and sign into your account. (Or sign into your account and then click on the Loloyal symbol.)

If you forget your coupon code, you can go back into the Loloyal window, go to My Activity, click on Coupons, and copy your code again.

Click on the Loloyal symbol (bottom left of your screen), then click on My Activity. Your points balance and points will display there.
Yes you must redeem your points within 12 months or they expire.
