Delivery Charges and Times

Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day or the next day by Royal Mail 1st Class (UK) or Airmail (Overseas).  A next day courier service option is also available.

Standard UK Delivery Time

Our standard delivery is sent by Ist Class mail which is usually delivered in 1 to 2 days but this is not guaranteed - sometimes it can get held up somewhere and take up to 10 days. Unfortunately there is no way we can track ordinary 1st class mail. Please wait 10 days after placing an order before you contact us about a lost parcel.

International Delivery Time
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail.  Royal Mail state that the average delivery time for airmail is 3 to 5 days but they cannot guarantee the delivery time because they have no control over it once it is passed over to another country.

UK Mainland 24 Hour Courier Delivery
If you require something urgently you can opt for the UK mainland 24 hour courier service by selecting the "courier" option in the shipping drop down box in the shopping basket.  (Orders must be placed by 10am)  This service is fully trackable and is 99.5% likely to be delivered within 24 hours.
