We usually dispatch orders received by about 2.45 pm the same day. UK orders are sent either by Royal Mail 1st class which usually takes 1 or 2 days, or 2nd class which takes 2 to 3 days or by courier which is usually delivered the next day. International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail.

The CI numbers in the products we sell are often natural colourants from natural mineral pigments such as iron oxides. EU laws require them to be listed as CI numbers rather than in English.

Yes it is fine to mix and match. Best to choose the skin products according to your needs.

Yes because a cleanser will remove dirt, remove dead skin cells and makeup from your skin.  A toner will remove remains of cleanser and has astringent properties which close pores.  They also prepare your skin for better absorption of a moisturiser.

The shelf life varies depending on the products. For liquids and creams it is usually between 6 months and 2 years. Certain dry products which do not contain water such as  powders, or makeup pencils, lipsticks have  unlimited shelf life before opening.

This depends on the product.  On average it is between 3 to 6 months once opened. Products containing water have a shorter life than products which are dry or waxy and dont contain water. Products in containers such as tubes or pump bottles last longer than products where you put your fingers in them such as jars or cream.
