The contract between us
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted by us only when the goods are dispatched. Only at this point is a legally binding contract created between us.
Acknowledgement of your order
To enable us to process your order, you will need to provide us with your e-mail address. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details. For the avoidance of doubt, this correspondence does not constitute a contract between us.
Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to It’s Pure Ltd. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose.
Accuracy of content
We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been described accurately. However, orders will only be processed if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.
All prices shown are in pounds sterling, and exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are inclusive of VAT. When ordering on line you may pay by any major credit or debit card. Orders by post may be paid for by cheques payable to 'Suvarna'. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
Cancellations & returns
Any goods may be returned within 30 days from the date of despatch, providing they are unopened, the seal is not broken, and they are unused, we will be happy to refund the full cost of the products, excluding return postage costs. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched you must pay the return delivery costs.
Upon receipt of your order please carry out a thorough inspection of the goods and notify us within 3 working days of any defect, shortage or other error in your order. You may contact us about an error in your order by telephoning 01695 728286 or using the contact form or replying to your order confirmation email. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Orders placed by 3.00 pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut off on Friday are dispatched on Monday. Although we do everything we can to meet the dispatch times stated, it may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed by email or telephone and offered an alternative of either accepting late delivery, an exchange or a full refund.
UK Delivery Time
You may select either Royal Mail 1st class, Royal Mail 2nd class, Royal Mail Special Delivery or Next Working Day Courier at the checkout.
Standard - Royal Mail 1st Class - Not Tracked or Guaranteed
1st Class is usually delivered in 1 to 2 days but this is not guaranteed - sometimes it can get held up somewhere and take up to 10 days. Please wait 7 days after placing an order before you contact us about a lost parcel. If you need something for a specific date we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Economy - Royal Mail 2nd Class - Not Tracked or Guaranteed
2nd Class is usually delivered in 2 to 4 days but this is not guaranteed - sometimes it can get held up somewhere and take up to 10 days. If you need something for a specific date we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day (if ordered by 3pm) - Tracked & Guaranteed
Delivered next working day by 1 pm in the mainland UK if ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday. Remote areas of Scotland could take longer.
If you want guaranteed Saturday delivery please order by telephoning 01695 728286 before 2pm on the Friday before, you will be charged at least the Super Fast Delivery charge plus there may be an extra charge depending on your location and the order weight.
International Delivery Time
International orders under 2 kilos in gross weight are sent by Royal Mail Airmail. Royal Mail state that the average delivery time for airmail is 3 to 7 days to Europe and 5 to 10 days outside Europe. However Royal Mail cannot guarantee the delivery time because they have no control over it once it is passed over to another country. Sometimes it can take several weeks depending on the country.
If your order is over 2 kilos gross weight it will be sent by international courier which is usually the same or faster delivery time than the Royal Mail time stated above.
Orders to countries outside the EU will have the 20% VAT deducted but you may have to pay import duties in your country.

Items we cannot ship overseas
Because of new regulations regarding products sent by airmail we regret that nail varnish or products with a high alcohol content such as perfume, hair spray, deodorants, or nail varnish remover cannot be shipped overseas by Royal Mail Airmail services.
Payments received by paper cheque or Paypal Echeque
If you have paid by cheque your order will be dispatched when the cheque has cleared. Please note that Paypal Echeque takes up to 10 days to clear. (Normal Paypal payments go through instantly).
Loyalty points can only be redeemed when you order online. They cannot be redeemed when you order over the phone. When you order online we give 1 loyalty point for every £1 you spend! Each point is worth 2p so if you spend £25 you can get 50p off a future order or save up the points and get a free gift.
If you have entered a discount voucher code in the shopping basket you cannot also redeem loyalty points on the same order but they will still be valid on another order.
Loyalty points expire after 12 months.

From time to time we offer a free gift with your order. These free gifts may require you to spend a specific amount on a certain product or group of products, or a specific total order value. The specific order value includes VAT and excludes delivery charges. The free gift may also require you to quote a voucher code when ordering. If a voucher code is required you MUST quote the this code when ordering by phone, or when ordering online you must put the correct code in the "coupon/voucher" box at the bottom left of your shopping basket page.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
