We are currently operating with reduced staff, due to self-isolating and sickness arising from the Covid-19 pandemic, while simultaneously experiencing an unprecedented increase in orders. 

Our ability to respond to your enquiries by e-mail has also been impacted and we do not have enough staff to answer the phone. We are unable to take telephone orders at the moment.

We are very sorry for this inconvenience and can assure you, we will be back to normal as soon as lockdown eases.


Royal Mail is our default delivery provider. Due to the current conditions associated with Covid-19 the Royal Mail are struggling to keep up at this difficult time. There is a decreased workforce due to many postal workers self isolating, coupled with an unprecendented increased in workload due to more people ordering online.

Some UK 1st or 2nd class parcels are taking just 2-3 days from dispatch, while others seem to take as much as 3 or 4 weeks. 

International parcels are very delayed and may take up to 5 or 6 weeks.

We have temporarily stopped delivering outside of Europe because the delivery times were too long.

We ask you, therefore, to be patient before asking for a refund, as all businesses are struggling to cope with these issues. If you have a tracking number, then your order has certainly been sent and will eventually arrive.


We are recommending you choose Royal Mail Special Delivery if your order is really urgent, as that service is still fairly reliable, and we have been advised that it guarantees next day delivery by 9pm (not 1pm as previously). 

You will not be able to sign for delivery due to social distancing, but your name and confirmation of delivery will be recorded.

Default UK Shipping Method is now 2nd Class not Tracked or Signed for. If you wish to have signed for or another delivery method please select from the delivery options available in the shopping basket.

How do I enter a discount voucher/coupon code?
First add at least one product to the basket. Enter the discount code in the box labelled (Coupon/Voucher). Then click on "update basket" or checkout.  The coupon/voucher box  is located near the bottom left of the shopping basket click here for more info...

How Do I Redeem My Loyalty Points?
Log in to your account and place the items you want to buy in the shopping basket.  At the bottom of the shopping basket  the number of loyalty points you have will be displayed along with the value of the points, and there is a box to tick if you want to redeem your points on your current order. If you have entered a discount or free gift coupon/voucher code in the shopping basket you cannot also redeem loyalty points on the same order but they will still be valid on another order.
