This product does not cover Any grey hairs at all- Literally 0%, after very well performed application, second by further pasty product on few greys, left for a total time from application of 1hr50min, looked dark, smelt a bit earthy unpleasant, followed process to the line. And result was truly desapointing. Left hair with a 'rancid' smell, colour hardly changed, few greys not even disguised, (I have dark blonde /light brown hair) tried Cocoa brown color. Afraid that this product compared to NATURTINT(far better) falls way down below good performance and rate, only thing and why my rating is for volume result.
Comment from Suvarna: I am sorry Sante does usually give light colour on grey hair. For darker colours on grey hair try our It's Pure Powder colours. Naturetint is 95% chemicals so it will work like a chemical dye. Sante is 100% Natural and therefore completely different and cannot be compared to Naturetint which is not really natural.
This hair colour is not ideal for Asian hair because it is not very dark on grey hair. Also 1 hour leave in time is not long enough, and perhaps you didnt use the pretreatment? For Asian hair it is best to use pure henna and indigo, or It's Pure Hair colour powders Dark Brown or Very Dark Brown.

Excellent company to deal with, prompt efficient service, happy to answer all my questions on the product, obviously knowledgable. Product seems good, but as yet haven't used it with pre shampoo, will be trying that next for hopefully improved colour at roots.
I Liked the product itself, not too sure about the other 2 products, especially the conditioner, didn't like the smell at all. But I think the colouring cream itself is very good. Left my hair very soft and shiny
