Loyalty Points Frequently Asked Questions
Loyalty points can only be redeemed when you order online. They cannot be redeemed when you order by phone.
How many loyalty points do I get on orders?
We give 1 loyalty point for every £1 you spend on our website! Each point is worth 2p so if you spend £25 you can get 50p off a future order or save up the points and get a free gift.
How do i find out how many loyalty points I have?
Sign in to your account and click on "your account" in the top right hand corner of the page then when you are in your account click on link "Order Information" There you will see the quantity and value of your loyalty points. You can also see this information in your shopping basket see below:
How do I redeem my loyalty points?
Login to your account and place the items you want to buy in the shopping basket. At the bottom of the shopping basket the number of loyalty points you have will be displayed along with the value of the points, and there is a box to tick if you want to redeem your points on your current order.
If you have entered a discount or free gift coupon/voucher code in the shopping basket you cannot also redeem loyalty points on the same order but they will still be valid on another order.
Can I redeem loyalty points on my first order?
No because you can only redeem loyalty points earned on past orders.
I have just placed an order how can I check that my loyalty points have been redeemed on this order?
It will be displayed on the email confirmation that is sent out automatically when the order is placed. You can also log into your account and view the invoice for the order where the amount of the loyalty points redeemed will be dispayed.
Do Loyalty Points Expire?
Yes you must redeem your points within 12 months or they expire.
