Very good product. My natural colour is dark blonde/light brown and the result was a ligher blond colour on some greys and a brown colour on dark blond hair. Not bad at all. You will need to do it a second time in a week's time, which I plan to do, as I have some cream left. The cream is easy to use (no mixing) and does not drip. Excellent! Thank you.
I've been using natural hair dyes for many years, mostly the plain dried powders - henna, indigo, amla, cassia and rhubarb. They take well but are messy to use and henna is too red for me really, so I thought I would give these creams a try. I am aware from my usage of natural dyes that they can be tricky to get to take and I didn't want to have wasted all the time I spent carefully applying it to my roots, so for my first application of this I wrapped my head in cling film. then in a warm towel, and left it overnight. In total the application time was about 10 hours. When I washed it off, there appeared to be no dye uptake at all. My 50 or so grey hairs were perhaps very slightly less silvery, but no other change. Just in case there was some problem with this application, I repeated it again a few days later, processing overnight again. Then a few days later than that I tried it strictly according to the package instructions - i.e. a processing time of around 90 minutes. The result every time was the same - no dye uptake at all. However, each time the skin of my scalp was dyed a strong dark brown colour, which took around three days to go, and it also itched slightly and was irritated. Overall, I would definitely not recommend this product.
It smells like gingerbread which is nice . I tried it on 30 minutes first time but didnt take. Second time an hour and 20 took slightly but didnt blend my greys very much. I have had a lot of scalp operations and treatment so might be why. It didn't upset my scalp at all and I am not giving up. I think the colour would be better stayed on longer and when my hair is back to normal.
30 minutes leave in time would not be enough to colour grey. Nougat is usually only a blondish colour on grey hair anyway.
Logona nougat hair colour

Application straight forward, left on for 90 minutes, grey roots are gone but lighter brown colour so the product has done what was promised. Decided to try the dark brown next time with nougat to try and darken it further and leave on for longer, over all not bad and would use again.
Overall pleased with this product. I chose the nougat shade because Iíd read that some of the others can leave grey hairs a bit gingery. On first application, it hasnít covered all of them but has certainly given a light brown colour to a lot of them, especially the almost white hairs in my fringe. In general my hair is now more of an even dark blondish brown shade. I wouldíve preferred blonder but as stated above I chose the darker colour to make sure the greys and whites didnít look orange and stand out more. So definitely got what I paid for anyway. I have enough left in the tube for another application, so may apply more in a couple of days to see what happens. I can see myself buying this again.
I have dark brown hair with a sprinkling of grey and quite white at the temples. I use the nougat brown which doesnít change my natural colour, it just warms it up slightly. The greys turn a rather nice blonde shade which makes them look more like highlights. For a first time user I would suggest 2 or 3 applications over subsequent days and then the colour really takes and lasts a long time. I top up the temples maybe once a month or so and then an all over application maybe once every 3 or 4 months. Everyoneís hair is different of course, but I find this really works for me. Also I have long hair and a tube goes a long way and lasts me quite a while. I would recommend giving it a try.
I wanted to ditch the chemical home dyes I have been using for 20 years or so. After researching natural alternatives I found this website with several different brands of natural hair dye. The information provided was informative and detailed - Thankyou! - and I decided to give this Logona Nougat brown dye a go. I have increasingly more and more grey/white, particuarly along the top and temples. I prepared myself to be disappointed....but was determined to find a better way to dye my hair...so went for it. I began by washing my hair with a SLS free clarifying shampoo, letting that dry completely, doing a strand test first to check it wouldn't go a strange colour!...,the next day I went for the whole head, starting at the back and working forward, placing the cap on, and periodically blasting my head with a hairdryer, then wrapping a towel around the whole lot. I left this on for 3 or so hours. I rinsed it out, applied a SLS free colour save conditioner, rinsed, and let dry naturally.........AMAZING result! So so pleased! The colour was very subtle and blended with my (chemically dyed ) Rich Honey Brown colouring plus it covered my inch grey/white growth....I topped up the temple area again a few days later. I still have lots of dye left in the tube, so will touch up again in a few days and plan to continue this way in the hope I catch the grey before it arrives - so to speak! I also bought a Logona Natural Brown powder to try at some stage too. Brilliant product so far - really pleased!
I tried this. Followed the instructions. Left it on for 2 hours. Ringed it off, conditioned, styles hair as usual. Absolutely no change whatsoever to my hair colour. The only change was a bright orange head. So had to go through the whole process again with a regular hair dye. All in all I wasted a total of 5 hours.
