We are closed for the Easter break from Friday 10th April. We reopen on Tuesday 14th April

Due to the ongoing restrictions surrounding COVID-19, we are currently operating with a skeleton staff. We are also, like the supermarkets, dealing with an unprecedented increase in orders.

To cope with this we are making the following changes: 

Customer Service response times
There may be a delay in a responding to your queries. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but please be assured that we will deal with all queries as quickly as possible, and we ask for your patience at this time. It may take up to 2 working days for us to respond.

We are unable to take telephone orders at the moment.

Order Dispatching
Under normal circumstances, we aim to dispatch all orders made before 3pm on the same day. However, until the government lockdown is eased, there may be a delay of 1-2 working days in dispatching your order.

We are naturally very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and promise we will be back to normal as soon as circumstances allow.

Important Notice Regarding Royal Mail Deliveries

Our default delivery provider is the Royal Mail for both national and international parcels. 

Due to the current conditions associated with Covid-19, please be aware that there may be changes or delays with certain national and international deliveries.

Royal Mail are no longer asking recipients to sign for items delivered. They’ll still capture the recipient’s name and confirmation of delivery.

Orders placed before 3 pm during office hours, should be dispatched the same day. 

Default UK Shipping Method is now 2nd Class not Tracked or Signed for. If you wish to have signed for or another delivery method please select from the delivery options available in the shopping basket.

How do I enter a discount voucher/coupon code?
First add at least one product to the basket. Enter the discount code in the box labelled (Coupon/Voucher). Then click on "update basket" or checkout.  The coupon/voucher box  is located near the bottom left of the shopping basket click here for more info...

How Do I Redeem My Loyalty Points?
Log in to your account and place the items you want to buy in the shopping basket.  At the bottom of the shopping basket  the number of loyalty points you have will be displayed along with the value of the points, and there is a box to tick if you want to redeem your points on your current order. More info about loyalty points click here

If you have entered a discount or free gift coupon/voucher code in the shopping basket you cannot also redeem loyalty points on the same order but they will still be valid on another order.
