Payments received by paper cheque or Paypal Echeque If you have paid by cheque your order will be dispatched when the cheque has cleared. Please note that Paypal Echeque takes up to 10 days to clear.
Loyalty points We now give 1 loyalty point for every £1 you spend! Each point is worth 2p so if you spend £25 you can get 50p off a future order or save up the points and get a free gift.

Free gifts From time to time we offer a free gift with your order. These free gifts may require you to spend a specific amount on a certain product or group of products, or a specific total order value. The specific order value includes VAT and excludes delivery charges. The free gift may also require you to quote a voucher code when ordering. If a voucher code is required you MUST quote the this code when ordering by phone, or when ordering online you must put the correct code in the "coupon/voucher" box at the bottom left of your shopping basket page.
Cancellations & returns Any goods may be returned within 14 days from the day they are received providing they are unopened, the seal is not broken, and they are unused, we will be happy to refund the full cost of the products, excluding return postage costs. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
If there is a fault with your product or some other defect with your order you may return it to us within 14 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Lost or damaged goods If you have not received the goods within 7 days of placing your order please contact us using the contact form by telephone 01695 728286. If the goods are damaged when you receive them please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by telephone or using the contact form.
Dispatch times We usually dispatch all orders the same day. Although we do everything we can to meet the dispatch times stated, it may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed by email or telephone and offered an alternative of either accepting late delivery, an exchange or a full refund.
We usually send UK orders over £20 by Royal Mail recorded delivery. Please note that if Royal Mail attempt delivery of a recorded delivery item when you are out and leave a card, you must contact them within 7 days or they will return the parcel to sender.
UK Delivery Time You can select either Royal Mail 1st class, Royal Mail 2nd class, Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Day) at the checkout.
Royal Mail Ist Classis usually delivered in 1 to 2 days but this is not guaranteed - sometimes it can get held up somewhere and take up to 10 days. Please wait 7 days after placing an order before you contact us about a lost parcel. If you need something for a specific date we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Royal Mail 2nd Classis usually delivered in 2 to 4 days but this is not guaranteed - sometimes it can get held up somewhere and take up to 10 days.
Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed next day. (Orders must be placed by 11am)
International Delivery Time International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail. Royal Mail state that the average delivery time for airmail is 3 to 7 days to Europe and 5 to 10 days outside Europe. However Royal Mail cannot guarantee the delivery time because they have no control over it once it is passed over to another country.
