PRICING All prices shown are in pounds sterling, and exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are inclusive of VAT. When ordering on line you may pay by any major credit or debit card. Orders by post may be paid for by cheques payable to Suvarna. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.
DISPATCH TIMES
We usually dispatch all orders the same day or the next day by Royal Mail 1st Class. Although we do everything we can to meet the dispatch times stated, it may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed by email or telephone and offered an alternative of either accepting late delivery, an exchange or a full refund.
BANK HOLIDAY CLOSING TIMES Please note that we will be closed for the Bank Holiday weekend from Friday 28th May and reopen on Tuesday 1st June. You can still order online during this time and orders will be dispatched after the weekend.
COUNTRIES WE EXPORT TO We sell our products to retail customers in any country in the world with the exception our Suvarna own brand hand made skin care which at present we only sell to EU countries.
PAYMENTS BY CHEQUE OR ECHEQUE Payments received by paper cheque or Paypal Echeque will be dispatched when the cheque has cleared. Please note that Paypal Echeque takes up to 10 days to clear. UK DELIVERY TIMES Our standard delivery is sent by Ist Class mail which is usually delivered in 1 to 2 days but this is not guaranteed - sometimes it can get held up somewhere and take up to 10 days. Unfortunately there is no way we can track ordinary 1st class mail. Please wait 10 days after placing an order before you contact us about a lost parcel.
If you require something urgently you can opt for the UK mainland 24 hour courier service (Orders must be placed by 10am) This is fully trackable and has a 99.5% chance of being delivered next day.
LOYALTY POINTS We now give 1 loyalty point for every £1 you spend! Each point is worth 2p so if you spend £25 you can get 50p off a future order or save up the points and get a free gift.
If you have entered a discount voucher code in the shopping basket you cannot also redeem loyalty points on the same order but they will still be valid on another order. For more info on our loyalty points system click here
FREE SAMPLES Free samples with your order must be ordered on this page within ten minutes of placing your order to ensure that they go out with your order. If samples are out of stock we cannot send them as back orders but we will substitute other samples if possible.
FREE GIFTS From time to time we offer a free gift with your order. These free gifts may require you to spend a specific amount on a certain product or group of products, or a specific total order value. The specific order value includes VAT and excludes delivery charges. The free gift may also require you to quote a voucher code when ordering. If a voucher code is required you MUST quote the this code when ordering by phone, or when ordering online you must put the correct code in the "coupon/voucher" box at the bottom left of your shopping basket page.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS Any goods may be returned within 14 days from the day they are received providing they are unopened, the seal is not broken, and they are unused, we will be happy to refund the full cost of the products, excluding return postage costs. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
If there is a fault with your product or some other defect with your order you may return it to us within 14 days for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

If you have not received the goods within 10 days of placing your order please contact us by telephone or by email at info@suvarna.co.uk. If the goods are damaged when you receive them please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by telephone or email info@suvarna.co.uk
