You must you have refreshed the page or click on a new page to see it appear for the first time. The shop talk interface will appear as a box at the top of every page below the header and above the page content.

How do I end the conversation with the sales assistant?
At any time you may close the interface which will automatically send a message to the sales assistant that the conversation is terminated.

Does it appear as a pop-up?
No the shop talk interface is not a pop-up but will appear at the top of every page below the header and above the page content. This way it doesn’t block any of the page content.

What if a live sales assistant is not available whilst I’m browsing the site?
If you entered your email address and a message when you requested the live chat this will be answered by email within 1 to 3 hours during office hours.
