Covering Grey
This product will usually cover grey but please note that this mahogany shade has more henna in it which can go an orangey on the grey hair. If you dont want to risk it going orangey it may be better to use one of the brown shades first.  It is recommended to do a strand test before using it because as with all henna based products the colour adheres differently to grey hair.  For increased coverage of grey hair use it 2 or 3 times allowing a day between each application.

Please note that 100% natural hair colourants will never radically change your hair colour in the same way as chemical hair dyes. If you put a dark colour on top of light coloured hair it will give a lighter result than if you had used a chemical dye - this is because they work by coating your hair with a transparent film and the lighter colour will show through to some extent.  To achieve stronger colour more applications can be applied.

Since the colour is different on different peoples hair we recommend the first time you try this product you purchase a tester size first.

You cannot lighten your hair with completely natural hair dyes as this requires peroxide.
